As a Sr. Relationship Manager, I assist small and midsize businesses in reaching their goals by taking a unique consultative approach that utilizes technology to assist businesses with improving processes, procedures and profits. In order to support my clients in reaching their goals sooner, I ask many questions and offer advise that allows us to have conversations not many of my clients have had with their previous advisors. I bring this same style of servant leadership to Bank of America and am the COO and Project Manager for the LEAD (for Women) Enterprise team for which I curate content and also find creative ways to bring volunteer opportunities to the Bank.

I bring 20 years of banking experience to Bank of America and have worked with all industries. My past experiences as a top banker include; consumer lending, business development, cash management, SBA lending, commercial banking, leading teams and more. Outside of banking I have experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, CFO and technology. My experiences have led me to become an expert in the manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors and I understand the importance of cash flow and how small changes can enhance a companies long-term trajectory. Collaboration and teamwork are the keys to my success and I utilize my strong network to bring in internal and external experts to assist companies in creating solutions curated to their business needs. 

Personally - I was born in Bismarck, ND and earned a wrestling scholarship to Minnesota State from where I graduated with a double major in finance and management. Additionally, I have an MBA from The UW Consortium. My wife Tessa and I have 4 very active children and I am passionately involved in their sports and activities - either coaching or cheering them on as their number one fan.
