Joan Palazzo is a Sr. Vice President and Sr. Relationship Manager for the Massachusetts market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Joan’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.Bringing over 30 years of experience, Joan manages a clients base of small to mid-sized companies throughout Greater Boston, Metro-west & Northern MA in supporting their commercial banking needs domestically & internationally. In 2022, Joan completed the Bank of America Women's Executive Development Program. With a focus on women in business, Joan currently chairs the Women in Business Summit held in MA.
After graduating from Boston College in 1986 with a degree in Economics, Joan began her banking career at The First National Bank of Boston where she served as an Asst. Vice President in Large Corporate Lending and Asset Based Lending after completing the Credit Analyst Program.

- To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities she serves, Joan volunteers within her home community as she chaired the pool committee for the local non-profit pool and tennis club. Additionally, Joan chaired the local high school Senior Fashion Show each year which is a fundraiser for the senior class.
