Jennifer First is a Business Banking, Relationship Manager for the Gateway Market at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Jennifer’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing 10 years of financial services experience, Jennifer has held numerous sales and leadership roles within Bank of America, since joining the company in 2010. Prior to her current role, Jennifer served the clients in both Consumer and Small Business Banking through the financial center. Jennifer graduated with honors from Webster University, while receiving her M.A. in Business Management and Leadership, with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. She is also a member of Webster’s Lambda Kappa Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Society in Business. She also attended the University of Missouri- Columbia (Mizzou) receiving her B.A. with an emphasis in both Business Administration and Communications.

Jennifer is a St. Louis native and currently resides in St. Louis, MO. The daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, Jennifer loves to volunteer throughout the community. Her favorite volunteer work is taking time to teach financial literacy to the youth to keep them knowledgeable and motivated. She currently serves on the following Bank of America St. Louis Chapters: LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development) for Women, LEAD Mentor Program, BPG (Black Professional Group) and Junior Achievement of St. Louis.
