Jennifer Dooling is a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for the Greater Texas market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. The Greater Texas Market is a large geography in South Central Texas.  The market spans from Waco to Laredo with the major cities of San Antonio and  Austin as the anchor offices for her teams.  She leads a team of relationship managers and their extended team of specialists focused on understanding each prospect's and client’s unique needs.  Understanding the business allows us to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Jennifer’s mission is to help companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Jennifer was fortunate to have a strong work ethic instilled in her at a young age.  She is proud to have parents who successfully operated a small business for over 50 years.  The example she had seeing a business in good times and during challenging times made a huge impression.  Jennifer learned the importance of great partnerships needed for businesses.  She and her team are committed to being the best financial partner for businesses.  We bring great financial tools along with passion to small and mid-sized commercial businesses as a partner to help owners realize their hopes and dreams.   Jennifer has seen a lot in her 31 years of banking.  She uses this experience to guide the team to creative solutions. 

Jennifer is invested in the community with special interests in education, women owned businesses, economic development and religion. She also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America. She currently serves on the San Antonio Economic Development Council’s Finance Committee and The Community in Schools San Antonio Board of Directors.

Originally from Leeds, Alabama, Jennifer graduated with a B.S. and Master’s degree in Business from Birmingham Southern College. She resides in San Antonio, Texas with her family.
