Jason Stapleton is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of invaluable experience in the banking industry, of which he has dedicated 17+ years to the esteemed Bank of America Corporation. Throughout his illustrious career, Jason has excelled in multiple roles within credit underwriting and sales performance, making a significant impact on the commercial banking landscape.

Jason's commitment to excellence is exemplified through his unwavering dedication to serving the diverse needs of privately held companies in the Illinois and Northwest Indiana markets. He has cultivated deep-rooted relationships with businesses in various sectors, specializing in transportation, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and the food and beverage industries. Throughout Jason’s years of service at Bank of America Corporation he has continuously been involved within the bank’s diversity & inclusion efforts, as Chair of the Chicago Chapter Black Professional Group (BPG) - a Bank of America’s Employee Network. Prior to becoming BPG Chair he served as the BPG Finance Chair for several years. In addition to diversity & inclusion, Jason serves on the Board of the Black Ensemble Theater and the bank’s planning committee for Inner City Capital Connections, which is an executive leadership training program designed by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) to help business owners in economically-distressed areas build capacity for sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and employment. 

Jason graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wonderful family.
