James is a Marine Corps veteran who transitioned to banking after completing an MBA. His first role in banking was as a manager of a service group dedicated to servicing and supporting medium and large businesses. With a new career start centered around providing exceptional client experiences coupled with his drive to solve problems, James switched roles in order to connect directly with customers and hear problems from the source. His goal remains - help clients and prospects identify problems and find meaningful solutions that create efficiencies for the business and its employees.With a background in service, what’s driven James throughout his career is understanding that an exceptional client experience is holistic - every encounter with any bank employee matters. As a Relationship Manager, he collaborates with the appropriate team and to deliver solutions to the client. As a member of the Digital team, he is now working to help clients adopt self-service solutions to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. His drive to serve others spans his personal life where he works with little league sports teams and Junior Achievement as ways to educate and teach children. To escape, James enjoys spending time with his family, and dreams of learning to sail.
