Heather is an advisor in the Business Banking team, focus on clients with revenues between 5 million to 50 million in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. She emphasizes a relationship-based approach, aiming to understand both business and personal priorities. Heather builds trust by delivering tailored advice, solutions, sharing her insights and expertise to meet her clients’ financial requirements. Throughout her life, she has been influenced by the experiences of small business entrepreneurs, particularly those from family-owned businesses in various sectors, including manufacturing, tech services, health care, restaurants, as well as startups in the East Bay, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley areas. This background enriches her understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by her clients.Additionally, she serves as co-chair for one of the largest employee networks within Bank of America. Heather is a member several Asian Business committees and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), which enables her to focus on providing tools and resources to the AAPI and women business owners communities.
Outside of work, Heather is passionate about serving her communities with non-profit activities, traveling to explore and learn different cultures and spending time with her family through sports, art and music.
