As a member of Business Banking, Haythem focuses on working with clients in the 5 Million to 50 Million revenue space.  Haythem is focused on a holistic approach of understanding business and personal priorities to ensure he is able to support his clients with all of their financial needs.  Being a member of the Latino Business Action Network and the Hispanic Latino Business Owner Initiative allows him to focus on providing the tools and resources to our Latinx community as well.  Haythem has a passion for working with Manufacturing, Grocery Stores, Import and Export, as well as Transportation companies in the Silicon Valley Market, where he originates, develops and manages relationships with growing companies.  He is a strategic and innovative partner to his clients and prospects. 

Haythem started his career with Bank of America in 2004.  Haythem then joined the United States Army in 2006.  In 2017, Haythem returned to Bank of America as a Small Business Banker working with clients up to 5 million in revenues.  He has been honored with the Pinnacle Award 3 times for his passion and focus towards delivering for his clients, local communities, and environment.
