Profile

Greg Bland is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Central Coast in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Also, Greg is an ESOP Solutions Specialist assisting clients structure ownership succession and exit planning strategies.  Greg’s mission is to help companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. Greg also serves as President for Bank of America's San Luis Obispo Region.  As President, Greg is responsible for delivering the full resources of the Bank to all clients in the communities and for coordinating all community relations and activities.

Bringing over 35 years of experience, Greg joined Bank of America in 1984. Throughout his banking career, Greg has served mid-sized companies throughout the Central Coast of California to support their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Greg volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on affordable housing, access to healthcare, ending hunger, workplace development, creating jobs and economic stability. 

A native of Atascadero, CA, Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He resides in Nipomo, CA with his four children.
