As Senior Vice President of Business Banking, Gordon leads a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique perspectives and financial goals.  Passionate about being strategic, advisory and local, Gordon’s mission is to help companies thrive by achieving their business goals regardless of complexity.

With more than 33 years broad-based transactional experience, Gordon operates with a sense of urgency in evaluating, structuring and executing senior-debt financings, often accompanied by a treasury management platform. 

Gordon served 10 years as Founder & Managing Director of Maxus Corporate Finance, a boutique investment banking firm, which afforded him a unique opportunity to understand day-do-day business complexities from the position of ownership.

Viewing his success as an opportunity to pay it forward, Gordon often mentors younger bankers and provides board level advice to charitable organizations that he has had the honor to serve as a board member.
