Gloria is responsible for delivering integrated financial solutions to mid-size business relationships.   Her background encompasses over 20 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing and management in the insurance and banking industry.  Gloria’s experience has allowed her to perform in effective market strategies to increase market penetration; implement cost-effective management and operational policies and procedures.  She has held several roles in the Banking Industry such as Sales Coordinator, Event Promotional Regional Manager, Commercial Banker and Area Sales Manager.   

Gloria is an award winning professional with outstanding sales and leadership accomplishments.  She has been recognized for Sales Performance, and was chosen to participate in the Southeast Executive Council.  She has an active role in the Orlando Leadership Team of Central Florida. Gloria has been a member of the Board of the Women’s Exchange, Co-chair for the Central Florida Mentor-Mentee Program, Women Business Summit, and Executive Sponsor for LBGT Organization, Global Emerging Leaders of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Global Ambassador.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida and obtained several training certificates. Gloria Bailey is a Graduate from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.
