Gladys Preciado is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Greater Los Angeles market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Gladys’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing with her 18 years of banking and credit experience, Gladys recently joined Bank of America after completing 9 years at Wells Fargo as a Principal Relationship Manager.  Her focus has been in assisting mid-sized companies residing in the Greater Los Angeles region with their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for local companies and communities, she has served on the board of a few not-for-profit organizations including one that focuses on bringing environmental justice to the residents of the Northeast San Fernando Valley and another that provides basic healthcare services to our most underserved residents in downtown Los Angeles.  She enjoys helping others by mentoring colleagues and being involved in her employee team member organizations.

Gladys, a daughter of Mexican immigrants, was born and raised in the northeast San Fernando Valley. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration (Finance option) from California State University, Northridge and currently resides in Sylmar, California with her husband and son.
