In her capacity, Florita plays an integral part of supporting the Orange County Business Banking Market to grow and retain clients. She provides portfolio analysis to a group of client teams, while managing a portfolio of her own.

Improving the client experience is a priority for Florita, and she’s taken a leading role in this. Digitization is at the heart of her approach, ensuring that team members easily find impactful items like Industry Updates or Thought Leadership and efficiently leveraging digital channels to deliver. She also provides benchmarks and analytics, helping the team develop an advisory approach to their clients. These additional data points help businesses advance their competitive strategies.
