Erika Weitzeil is a vice president and relationship manager for the Inland Empire area in Business Banking and Commercial Lending at Bank of America. Her responsibilities include understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance, as well as providing service and support for their financial operations. In order to achieve these objectives, Erika works with a team of cash management, service, and credit specialists. Her mission is to work alongside business clients to help them succeed financially in order to meet their long term goals.Bringing 12 years of banking experience, Erika joined Bank of America in 2018. She is always proud to share that she began her career as a bank teller, moving into loan officer duties, and eventually into commercial lending. Throughout her career Erika has specialized in assisting small to mid-sized private companies in the local area to support their banking and lending needs- including but not limited to commercial lines of credit, real estate, SBA, equipment financing, and treasury banking services.
As someone who came from a family who owned a small business in the Inland Empire, Erika is passionate about working and volunteering in the local community. She currently serves on the board of directors at Oak Grove Institute, a nonprofit residential, educational treatment center for children throughout California with psychological and behavioral problems as well as special needs.
Erika graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Chapman University, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands School of Business. She currently resides in her hometown of Murrieta.
