Erik Storteboom is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the New York City market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Erik’s mission is to help companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. He is industry agnostic and has an interest and experience in internationally active corporations with all sorts of cross-border needs as well as Emerging Growth Health Tech companies.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience, Erik joined Bank of America in March of 2019. He began his banking career at Rabobank, a global European Bank, where he was most recently an Executive Director and Senior Relationship Manager in New York City. Erik has served mid-sized companies all over the United States to support their domestic and international commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Erik volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focusing on ending poverty, hunger and homelessness. One of organizations he regularly volunteers for is the “Meatloaf Kitchen” in the East Village.

Originally from The Netherlands, Erik graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in International Management from European University in Barcelona, Spain and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Stenden University in the Netherlands. Erik has lived and worked in The Netherlands, Tennessee, Spain, Singapore, China, California and, since 2009, in New York City . He resides in the Flatiron District with his wife.
