Elizabeth Kontomerkos is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Bank of America. Located in Connecticut, her responsibilities include leading a team of financial specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Elizabeth’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. 

Elizabeth began her 20+ year banking career at Citibank as a Global Commercial Banking Product Manager in New York City before joining Bank of America in 2005. Prior to that, Elizabeth served in corporate finance and accounting roles for both privately-held and publicly-traded corporations in Connecticut. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with companies in both the Connecticut and New York areas to support their commercial banking and business needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities she serves, Elizabeth volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on ending hunger and homelessness, such as the Bridgeport Rescue Mission and Connecticut Food Bank. In addition, she serves as an advisory board member at her local community Boys and Girls Club and is also a mentor and leader for teammates across Bank of America.

Originally from Trumbull CT, Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Tulane University. She currently resides in Fairfield, CT.
