Profile

Edward Bernabeo is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Orange County market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. The team’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, improving cash flow, managing U.S. and international payments, and investing for the future. The team fulfills this mission by focusing on credit and lending, deposits, and cash management solutions to privately-held companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million.

Edward began his banking career in 2015, joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2019. In his most recent role as a Business Development Officer in Orange County he directly guided clients and prospects on credit capacity, loan facilities, and various banking solutions. In addition, Edward has successful experience in the accounting industry, former stock broker, equity trader, and founder/partner of a securities firm in equity trading services.

Edward is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and grew up in Houston, Texas. He currently resides in Aliso Viejo, California with his wife and two daughters.

Edward proudly served in the United States Army for 7 years as an L.R.R.P. Co. G 143rd Airborne, 36th Infantry Division, and was a soldier of the year nominee in 1991.
