Profile

Dominic Weidman is a Vice President and Relationship Manager covering the New York City market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In his capacity, Dominic’s responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.

Dominic’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. Bringing six years of experience, Dominic joined Bank of America in 2017 as a Relationship Manager in our Consumer space. Dominic has also served as a Small Business Banker with BofA prior to joining Business Banking. Throughout his banking career, Dominic has served mid-sized companies throughout the New York area to support their commercial banking needs.

Dominic’s expertise lies in structuring and executing complex financing transactions, including commercial loans, equipment loans, lines of credit and more. Dominic takes pride in his ability to analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and mitigate risks to provide tailored financial solutions that meet clients' unique needs.

Beyond technical skills, Dominic is committed to fostering long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. Dominic thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with clients to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and optimize portfolio performance. Dominic is driven by a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed and always seeks innovative ways to support their growth objectives.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Dominic volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on hunger and homelessness, most recently with Feeding America and local food banks. He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America as a member and leader in the Military and LGBT Network.

Originally from Greece, Dominic graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from the Institute of Professional and Technological Studies in Chalkida, Greece. Dominic resides in West New York in NJ, right outside of NYC.
