Dawn is a Senior Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of America. In her role, she focuses on privately owned companies, providing trusted advisory and comprehensive solutions to clients.

Dawn has over 25 years of commercial banking experience in cash flow and collateralized lending, focusing on a broad spectrum of industries. She has experience in many areas including financing, domestic and international treasury management, investment management, trade, supply chain, foreign exchange, and derivatives, asset-based lending, equipment finance, as well as syndicated finance.

Dawn began her career at American National Bank in Chicago. Upon completion of the formal credit training program, she was a relationship manager focused on healthcare and general industries. From there, she moved to JPMorgan Chase’s capital markets group, specializing in syndicated finance and private placements.
