Cynthia Won is a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Bank of America, in South Bay and Greater Los Angeles areas. Cynthia works closely with clients to address a range of business priorities and goals. As a Relationship Manager, she connects clients to the capabilities and resources within the bank and across the wider enterprise and tailoring her outreach to each client’s unique objectives. Cynthia works in concert with a team of specialists who offer in-depth insight in credit and lending, business and personal in investment management, and home loans. Together, they design and implement integrated business strategies that pursue a client's long term aspirations while sensitive to his or her immediate needs.Cynthia works with a diverse clientele including business owners, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. She is attuned to the challenges of immigrant families as they seek thoughtful ways to deploy their business efficiently and effectively. Diligent and caring, Cynthia prides herself on channeling opportunities to enhance and streamline clients' business priorities. She draws on an extensive network of contacts—both within and outside the bank—to help clients make informed decisions about the intersection of their personal and business finances.
Prior to joining the Business Banking team, Cynthia excelled as a Relationship Manager for our Small Business clients, a Financial Center Manager for Consumer/Preferred Banking, and also as a Financial Center Operations Manager in the South Bay and Los Angeles Areas. In these capacities, she was responsible for operations, client outreach, team management and the delivery of integrated financial offerings across multiple banking entities. Cynthia earned her B.S. Degree from California State University, Long Beach and stays engaged with the community by supporting a number of community initiatives in the Los Angeles area.
