Constantine “Dean” Andrews is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Hartford Market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America.  In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.  Dean’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing 30 years of experience, Dean joined Bank of America in 2004.  He has also served as a Healthcare & Institutions Credit Products Officer and as a Market Manager for the Enterprise Business and Community Engagement Division in Hartford.  He began his banking career at Bank of Boston where he was a Commercial Middle Market Relationship Manager in Hartford.  Throughout his banking career, Dean has served mid-sized companies throughout Connecticut to support their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Dean volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on workforce development, financial education and affordable housing.  He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America as a member and leader in the Bank of America Community Volunteers Network.  In addition, he also serves on the Board of the Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau. 

Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, Dean graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.  Dean is a CFA Charterholder who also completed a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Connecticut.  Dean resides in West Hartford, Connecticut.
