Profile

Cindy joined Bank of America in 2009 and is based in San Jose, CA following a career in the medical and high-tech industries. Cindy is dedicated to adding value and acting as a sounding board to help companies turn plans into action. She thrives on understanding client’s need and focuses on building long lasting banking relationships, proactively sharing the best practices and providing tailored efficient solutions to address client’s both existing and development needs.

Within Bank of America, Cindy helped to establish Asian Leadership Network Silicon Valley Chapter and co-leads the chapter. She is a member of Asian Business Council, Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA), My Environment and Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women (LEAD). She is also part of the national Sustainability Council and a Better Money Habit Champion.

Cindy grew up in China and is fluent in Mandarin. There, she graduated from medical school, received her M.D. and subsequently completed her fellowship program at Stanford University. She earned her MBA from San Jose State University and completed the Management and Leadership program from Wharton Business School. She resides in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose with her husband and daughter
