Cindy Harrington is a senior vice president, senior relationship manager for the Silicon Valley market for Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, her responsibilities consist of leading a team of financial specialists to deliver tailored credit, deposit, and cash management solutions for privately held companies with annual revenues from $10 million and up. These businesses include manufacturing, IT and staffing companies, VC backed companies and international operations.

Cindy joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2009 and is based in San Jose. She began her career in banking over 10 years ago, following a career in the medical and high-tech industries. Cindy is committed to bringing her clients tailored financial solutions, leading-edge technology and the personal service they expect from a local banking relationship.

Active in the community, Harrington volunteers her time to her daughter’s school and numerous nonprofit organizations and Asian Business Forms focusing on ESR, education, humanity and racial equality. Within Bank of America, Cindy is the Co-Chair for newly formed Asian Leadership Network Silicon Valley Chapter and a member of Asian Business Council.

Cindy grew up in China and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. There, she graduated from medical school and received her M.D. and subsequently completed her fellowship program at Stanford University. She earned her MBA from San Jose State University and completed the Management and Leadership program from Wharton Business School . She resides in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose with her husband and daughter.
