Cesar Santos is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market in Business Banking at Bank of America.  In this role, Cesar's responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs, to deliver comprehensive financial guidance and solutions. His goal is to assist companies thrive by achieving their business goals.

With over 20 years of experience, Cesar joined Bank of America in 2008 as a Financial Center Manager, then transitioned to Small Business in 2011, where he held various roles: Senior Small Business Banker, Division Credit Performance Manager. and most recently Small Business Banker Manager for the Northeast Region. Cesar began his career in finance at Interest Currency Consultants B.V. in The Netherlands. Throughout his professional career Cesar has served companies from mid-size to multinational in support of their financial needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Cesar volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations. Most recently as a Better Money Habits Champion- delivering financial education and training to non-for-profit partners such as LAEDA, the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ, and the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ. He also serves as an active member and leader of Bank of America's employee network HOLA. 

Originally from St. Croix US Virgin Islands, Cesar holds an Information Systems degree from Hunter College, as well as various finance certifications, including Demystifying International Treasury from EuroFinance in UK. He now resides in Ridgefield NJ.
