Carlos Santana is a Vice President, Relationship Manager in the Metro New York market for Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of financial specialists to deliver credit, cash management and international banking solutions. Carlos’ mission is to help local companies’ thrive by understanding their core objectives and providing them with strategic solutions, valuable resources and financial guidance to achieve their goals.  
With over 13 years of financial services experience, Carlos joined Bank of America in 2010 as a part-time teller at the New York City Flagship financial center. Throughout his tenure, he has held various positions in consumer and small business client management, mostly serving small to mid-sized companies throughout Metro New York to support their commercial banking needs.   

Carlos is committed to making an impact in the community, and passionately supports diversity and inclusion efforts across the firm. He actively mentors junior associates and volunteers with various non-profit organizations focused on providing financial education for children, building affordable housing, and protecting the environment.

Carlos graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queens College. He was born and raised in New York City, and currently resides in Riverdale, NY with his wife Daniella. In his spare time, he enjoys gastronomy, traveling, the arts and culture.
