Carl Labonge is VP and Senior Relationship Manager with the Commercial Bank. He leads a team of banking specialists whose mission is to help our clients achieve their goals. It starts with understanding the client’s business and then catering our services to foster growth and prosperity.  This is made possible by delivering financial advice and solutions to help companies grow, improve cash flow, manage U.S. and international payments and invest for the future.  Our dedicated client relationship teams work closely with partners across the enterprise to deliver a wide range of integrated financial strategies, including credit, cash management, foreign exchange, equipment financing, merchant services and workplace financial solutions for employers.
Carl brings 30 years of commercial banking experience and joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2019.  Carl has worked for both large and small financial institutions in the Greensboro Triad Market, knows the market well and has served mid-sized companies throughout the greater Triad region.
Carl began his banking career with First Union National Bank after completing his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. In addition, he earned a B.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University and started his working career in clinical hospital laboratories as a Registered Medical Technologist.
