Profile

Brad draws on two decades of experience to understand business needs and come up with innovative ways for business owners to achieve their growth plans.  He leads a team of financial specialists who collaborate to understand a client's business and proactively provide strategic advice and integrated financial solutions.  He enjoys being a trusted advisor and gateway to all the resources the bank can offer.  He thrives on removing obstacles for clients by starting a dialogue and engaging the team to find a way round complex business challenges.  He's also energized by the thrill of winning new business, allowing even more local companies to benefit from the resources of a global bank.

The drive to make a difference is reflected in Brad's work with the community, with a particular focus on addiction recovery services, coaching youth sports, and providing financial support to lower-income people trying to earn college degrees.  Brad spends other time volunteering at his children's school, and raising his two children with his wife.  The family enjoys skiing, backpacking, seeing live music and traveling.
