Profile

In addition to being President of Tampa Bay, Bill is also the Business Banking Market Executive for the Greater Tampa Bay Market.  Business Banking provides a full array of client-managed services to businesses with annual revenues in the $5 million to $50 million range. 

Prior to coming to Tampa Bay in 2003, Bill was the Business Banking Market Executive in Houston, Texas.  Since joining Bank of America in 1989, he has served in numerous senior leadership roles across the Consumer Bank and Commercial Bank. 

In the Tampa Bay community, Bill serves locally on the board of trustees of the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, The University of Tampa, Pinellas Education Foundation and Starting Right, Now.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Florida and Leadership Tampa.  He has previously served as a trustee for The Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), Homeless Empowerment Program, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Chamber Foundation.

In 2023 Bill was included in the Tampa Bay Business Journal's "Power 100", recognizing the 100 most influential business leaders in Tampa Bay.
