Ashish Khosla is currently the Business Banking Market Executive for the Greater Washington, DC & Baltimore Region.  Ashish joined the Bank in July 2016.  Ashish is responsible for executing the LOB strategies to achieve Business Banking’s mission of becoming the leader for regional growth by meeting the needs of our clients, capturing market share, leveraging the franchise and capitalizing on our resources.

In addition to his responsibilities as market Executive, Ashish is also part of the Operation Excellence Management System Leadership Team for Business Banking. OpEx is delivering responsible growth through actions and behaviors that promote simplicity, continuous improvement and innovation for our employees, customers, and shareholders.

Ashish has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services Industry.  He joined Bank of America after 6 years with PNC Bank, as a Group Manager for the Commercial Banking Team in Northern Virginia.  At PNC Bank, Ashish was responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Mangers to help build and manage a portfolio of clients in the commercial segment ($10 - $100 Million annual revenue size).

Prior to his tenure at PNC, Ashish had over a decade of service with Wachovia / Wells Fargo Bank, where he was a Commercial Principal Relationship Manager responsible for the Northern Virginia region. 


Ashish was recipient of 2021 Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager Award for exemplary leadership in building awareness and taking action on the ideals of diversity, inclusion and equality to help make our company and communities stronger.  In 2014, Ashish was named banker of the Year, Washington, DC by the SmartCEO Power Players Awards program. 

Ashish is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Ashish has a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics.


Ashish resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife and daughter and has been a resident of Northern VA for nearly 4 decades.  In the recent past, Ashish has served on the Board of Directors for Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and Rajdhani Mandir, a local non-profit serving the cultural and spiritual needs of the Asian Indian community.  Ashish also served on the Board of Advisors for a local boutique PE firm, during his tenure with his former employer.
