Profile
After obtaining a Finance degree from Xavier University, Aric began his career as a financial analyst for Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) in Chicago. Upon returning to Cincinnati, he held underwriting and portfolio management roles at US Bank while concurrently earning an MBA degree from Xavier University. Aric subsequently served as a commercial banking relationship manager at The Bank of Kentucky and its successor, BB&T (now Truist), as well as Commerce Bank. Throughout his career, Aric’s mission has remained consistent: to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.
Aric values the impact that professionals can make in the community and has served in volunteer leadership roles for several non-profit organizations such as the Salvation Army of Greater Cincinnati, the Catholic Inner-City Education Fund (CISE) and Xavier University’s Executive Mentoring Program. Currently, he is a trustee for the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and a board member for the Dan Beard Council. Due to these collective efforts, Aric was recognized as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty under 40” in 2011. Aric is also a long-time member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG); he previously served as a board member and President of ACG Cincinnati and was a board member of ACG Global. Due to his dedicated service to the organization, ACG Global presented Aric with the prestigious “Meritorious Service Award” in 2015.
Aric and his wife, Beth, are the proud parents of three teenage children who currently attend St. Ursula Academy, St. Xavier High School and St. John the Baptist Catholic School. They reside in Upper Colerain, which is a northwest suburb of Cincinnati.
