Aram V. Afarian is a Director for Bank of America Business Banking in New Jersey. In this role, his responsibilities consist of delivering tailor-made cash management solutions for privately held companies. His areas of expertise focus on Emerging Growth, Foreign Exchange and ESG. Joining Bank of America in 2010, Aram held a number of positions throughout the Northern New Jersey financial centers before transitioning into the Commercial Bank. Currently, Aram works as a Treasury Sales Officer supporting clients in the Greater New York City Area. Prior to joining Bank of America, Aram worked in compliance at an investment banking firm and as a property manager for a real estate management company as well. Helping clients grow responsibly and advocating for hardworking business owners is the staple of Aram’s philosophy on managing new and existing relationships.
Aram received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania in 2010. He participated in various intramural activities including Volleyball and Lacrosse.
He resides in Nutley, New Jersey with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as on the golf course. He is an advocate for the people and the needs of the community, including volunteer time with the Armenian Youth Federation where he served for two years as the President of the New Jersey Senior Chapter.
