Andrew Galardi leads a team of Relationship Managers within the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Banking group who work to understand a client’s business, and then proactively provide strategic guidance and financial solutions to help our clients achieve their goals. I started my career in banking in 2004, and as a Market Executive I support Relationship Managers across West & Central Michigan as they provide a consultative banking approach to their clients, focusing on developing unique strategies for business expansion, and providing financial tools to help ensure future success of the business throughout all economic cycles. The Business Banking team thrives to develop close relationships with business owners, executive management & key project managers to investigate how Bank of America can best service, and compliment the operations of each business by providing funding for capital investments and best in class Treasury Management services.

Bringing over 20 years of experience, Andy joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016.  He started his banking career in Grand Rapids, Michigan with prior roles consisting of Commercial Credit Analyst, Business Banker, Commercial & Corporate Relationship Manager, and most recently before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch Andy served as a Business Banking Regional Manager for Western & Northern Michigan. Throughout his banking career, Andy has served mid-sized companies throughout the Michigan area to support their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Andy volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibly, most recently through the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids, Upward Youth Sports, National Flag Football and Caledonia Youth Sports.  He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America as a member.  In addition, he also serves on the Board of Precision Metalforming Association West Michigan District.

Originally from Jackson, Michigan, Andy graduated with a Bachelor in Science Degree in Finance & Mathematics from Central Michigan University, and later received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Valley State University.
