Amy Rios is a SVP, Sr. Relationship Manager for the Central New Jersey market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.  Amy’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or complex.

Bringing 20 years of experience, Amy joined Bank of America in 2016.  She began her banking career at HSBC Bank as a Sr. Relationship Manager in New York. Throughout her banking career, Amy has served mid-sized companies in the New York and New Jersey market to support their commercial banking needs. Amy specializes in manufacturing, wholesale trade, food industries and has a niche focused on helping clients with international needs. 

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities she serves, Amy volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on ending hunger and homelessness, most recently with Eva's Village and the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. Amy is an active member of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey and also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America. She also serves as a member of the following internal networks:

  • NJ Hispanic Latino Business Council - Co-Chair of Business Development 
  • Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women 
  • Global Banking & Markets Women’s Leadership Council
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. John’s University. She resides in New Jersey.
