As a Hispanic woman in finance, Amber is deeply invested in DEI initiatives – both internal and external. As an Associate Council Member of the NJ Hispanic-Latino Business Council, Amber supports the Business Development efforts through the development of ongoing networking events, most notably, the annual Hispanic-Latino Business Summit. In addition, Amber is a member of the NJ Women’s Initiative Committee, where she aims to create opportunities for women business owners in the New Jersey market by providing access to resources, fostering connections, and promoting women entrepreneurship through the development of networking events, specialized industry insights, and collaborative partnerships. She has supported the coordination of the Women in Business Leadership Conference in New Jersey since it’s inception in May 2022.
Amber actively volunteers at local charities and uses her platform to support and uplift her community; most notably within her role as Chief Financial Officer and Business Administrator for TTA Empire Inc., a veteran owned, minority owned 501c(3) not-for-profit organization. In her free time, Amber is an avid traveler who loves exploring new countries, finding inspiration from different cultures and perspectives.
