With 15 years of banking experience in commercial and retail banking, wealth management, and learning & development, Allison brings a consultative and creative perspective to solving business challenges. She joined Bank of America’s Business Banking group in 2022, and as a Relationship Manager she empowers Cincinnati business leaders with insights and resources to help them prosper. A curious advisor, Allison works to understand the big picture as well as the details that make it up, and to introduce innovative and sustainable financial solutions. She and her team make banking a seamless and integrated part of business, so leaders can focus on what’s most important to them.

Allison is passionate about making the world better - for her clients, community, and family. Living this passion, she volunteers enthusiastically with not-for-profits working to empower women and girls, explore new ideas and diverse perspectives, and support her parish and school community.

A lifelong Cincinnatian, Allison graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Business Finance and returned to Cincinnati's westside where she lives with her husband, Joe, and their three daughters.
